By accessing or using ZERØ LIMIT AI (the "Site"), operated by Zero Limit AI Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Zero Limit AI Hub. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
ZERØ LIMIT AI is a website and companion YouTube channel that curates free and paid AI tools for content creators, publishes video breakdowns and written guides, and offers two optional built-in features (an AI Chat Assistant and an AI Image Generator) to signed-in users.
We are not a talent agency, marketing agency, or financial advisor. Nothing on this Site should be read as professional, legal, or financial advice.
Creating an account is optional and only required to use AI Chat, AI Image, and AI Agent. Accounts are created with your name, email, and a password of your choosing; no Google account or third-party login is used or required. Your password is hashed before storage; we cannot see or recover it. You're responsible for keeping your password secure; activity under your account is treated as authorized by you.
We store the minimum account information needed to operate the service: your name, email address, and hashed password, plus a record of content you generate through AI Chat, AI Image, and AI Agent.
You agree not to:
AI Chat and AI Image are provided using third-party AI models. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose; review everything before you rely on or publish it. Image generation is subject to a daily limit to keep the service available to everyone; limits are shown in-app when reached.
You're responsible for how you use generated content, including making sure it doesn't infringe third-party rights and complies with the terms of any platform you publish it to (e.g., YouTube's Reused Content policy).
The tools directory links to third-party products we don't own or operate: HeyGen, Higgsfield, CapCut, OpenArt, CreatorBase, and others named on the Site. We test and rate these tools in good faith, but we don't control their pricing, availability, or terms, which can change without notice. Using a linked tool means accepting that tool's own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
Some links on this Site may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. This doesn't change our rating criteria.
PDF guides are provided free of charge for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of these guides. A free account (name, email, password) is required to download a guide, so we know it's really you; browsing the video and tools directory itself never requires an account. We don't require any social action (subscribe, like, comment) to access a guide, and the watch-first step before a download is a UX confirmation, not a data-collection mechanism.
Our Discord server is a separate, Discord-hosted community subject to Discord's own Terms of Service in addition to community-specific rules posted in the server. We can remove members who violate server rules or these Terms.
Any figures, examples, or results mentioned on this Site, in our videos, or in our guides are illustrative and not typical. Results from applying any strategy, tool, or guide depend on factors outside our control, including how much work you put in, your specific audience, how often you publish, and platform conditions that change without notice. We do not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue, or any other outcome, and nothing on this Site is a promise of results.
We offer a separate, paid, application-based 1:1 mentorship program. You can apply via our Discord server or by email; submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Pricing is currently listed at an introductory rate, which may increase over time; the price communicated to you at the time you're approved is the price that applies. Where payment is collected electronically, it is processed by a third-party payment provider (Paystack); we don't collect or store your card details ourselves.
No income, growth, or business outcome of any kind is promised, implied, or guaranteed by this program, under any circumstances. Any income figures referenced in connection with the mentorship program reflect our own personal results only, achieved under our own specific and non-representative circumstances. They are not typical, are not an estimate of what you should expect, and must not be relied upon as an indication of future or likely earnings for you or anyone else.
This program provides education, guidance, and direct access; it is not a business opportunity, income opportunity, franchise, investment, or financial product of any kind, and it does not provide done-for-you services. Your results depend entirely on factors outside our control, including your own effort, consistency, execution, niche, and market conditions. Participation requires real, ongoing work.

Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site (including tool and brand names) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; their appearance does not imply endorsement of ZERØ LIMIT AI by those companies, nor by us of them beyond what's stated in our reviews.
The Site and its features are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZERØ LIMIT AI and Zero Limit AI Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate access to gated features (AI Chat, AI Image, Discord) for anyone who violates these Terms, without prior notice.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting team@zerolimitaihub.com. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
