ZERØ LIMIT AI is operated by Zero Limit AI Hub (Business Name No. 8879580), a business registered in Nigeria.
Account information (only if you sign up): the name, email address, and password you enter yourself when creating an account. Your password is hashed with a salted one-way algorithm (PBKDF2) before it's stored; we cannot see or recover your plain-text password, ever, and no third-party account (Google or otherwise) is involved.
Content you generate: prompts and outputs from AI Chat and AI Image, associated with your account so you can access your history.
Anonymous usage data: pages visited and a browser fingerprint (via the open-source FingerprintJS library) used to understand traffic patterns. This is not tied to your name or email unless you're also signed in, and is not used for advertising.
Nothing else is collected by default. Browsing the tools directory, video feed, and FAQ requires no account and no personal information. Downloading a PDF guide requires a free account (name, email, password) so we know it's really you.
We do not use your data to train third-party AI models beyond what's required to generate your own requested output, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis (e.g., GDPR), we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the features you sign in for), legitimate interests (keeping the Site secure and understanding usage), and consent (where you take an action like signing in).
We use the following processors to operate the Site. Each has its own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf:
We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use any third-party login provider.
We don't use cookies at all. Staying signed in after you log in with your email and password is handled with your browser's local storage instead, which stays on your device and isn't sent to us automatically.
We log anonymous page views (page path, referrer, and a fingerprint ID) to understand which parts of the Site get used. This log is only accessible to the site owner via an admin-token-protected internal page and is never published or sold.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Generation history is kept so you can revisit past outputs; you can request deletion at any time (see Section 9). Anonymous visit logs are capped and rotated automatically.
We use industry-standard practices (HTTPS, hashed sessions, access-controlled admin endpoints) to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of information you transmit to us.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email team@zerolimitaihub.com or reach us in Discord, and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
This Site is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.
Our infrastructure providers may process data outside your country of residence. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer as necessary to provide the service.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
